Probably the worst French pedicure I have ever gotten- and it was $70!! the white lines are squiggly, and less than 5 days later, they are rubbed off at the tips. Yes my nail tech was very sweet, but this is a real shotty job and I’m really not pleased with how my feet look. I do gel on my toes and that way I can usually get two months out of a pedicure, but this looked terrible from day 1 and even worse on day 5!

I got a full set of acrylics, the staff was lovely and so helpful. They took my an hour and a half before closing which isn’t the best timing for a full set And that’s on me , the polish detail work is sloppy and rushed, and my nails are not the same length at all some are much longer then others and the acrylic isn’t all the same thickness at all , but all of that could just be because we came in last minute and she was rushed.

I got my nails done yesterday, Trudy was my nail tech. Clean and cozy environment, Great service-called the day of to see if a group of us could come in, they found room in their schedule later in the day, and even called ahead when there was a cancellation telling us they could take us sooner. Trudy was working with myself a friend of mine at the same time, very fast, very polite, very efficent. Incredible skill. I will definitely be bringing my business back there. 100% recommend.

Critical:Professionalism,PunctualityWow! Can’t describe how disappointed I am with Q Nails. I made appointments at the same time for my daughter and me so that we could get our nails done together. I understand that people can get a little behind, but my technician Autumn was so inconsiderate that she ran 50 minutes late! I find it very hard to believe that she was “behind” the length of time it takes to do a full set. I had to cancel my appointment as my daughter’s full set was almost complete and I had other things I needed to do before heading home for the night. After a super insincere apology she offered me a free water for my trouble. When that was turned down she grudgingly offered a free polish. When was she planning on doing that, I wonder? Went to get a simple polish at 4:30 because online it said they closed at 5. Other customers were being serviced and the door was open. The lady in the front said as she was polishing her own nails said, “how can I help you” I in return said “just a manicure” she said “oh sorry we are closed.” I then advised her that online it said they closed at 5. And she said “oh sorry” very poor business practice.
