Dylan Thompson Chase, Motorsports, coach and Trailer Sales I have the privilege of representing one of the nicest Piper m350s in the country.

Okay, on the pre-owned Market uh.

This airplane is everything but new 2020 model, m350 348 hours on the Hobbs meter, Mint Condition, all caps.

This is a sixth place.

Aircraft, Garmin, G1000, nxi avionics in it with the GFC 700 autopilot 1300 mile range I.

Think that leaves you with a 45 minute, Reserve uh, 25 000 foot ceiling.

It is a pressurized cabin, probably one of the most economical sixth place aircrafts that you can get uh like a true 200 200 and maybe 20 knot, AirSpeed out of and here's the big deal that kind of air speed at like 22, 23 gallons an hour so with an average fuel price of let's say: 650 a gallon on 100 low lead.

That's a hundred and fifty six dollars an hour in fuel to fly at 25 000 feet at 200 and 15 or 220 knots so that that's like flying 200 and I.

Don't know 50 miles an hour super economical.

The maintenance is uh very reasonable.

The annuals are very reasonable.

Uh Piper made down at Vero Beach Florida huge history with this company um lots of the m350s, formerly known as the Malibu uh, the new name, the m350, so 2020 model 348 hours, loaded, loaded loaded even has the Maxis air conditioning option.

Okay, so Piper has their own version of air conditioning they put in them the original owner of this plane.

It is a two owner.

The original owner put the Maxis air conditioning, I haven't confirmed, but I was told it's about a sixty thousand dollar upgrade okay uh.

The Piper Air is good, but the Maxis area is really good and I.

Think if you call any Piper dealer and ask them about the air conditioning in a Malibu, 350 or an m350, they're gonna say upgraded.

If you have an option.

Well, the benefit to this one is: it's already got it original owner had it installed by Cutter Aviation, they were the original selling dealer.

They also sold the aircraft to the current owner.

So 2020 model want to give you a little view of the outside um.

The plane is again in Immaculate condition.

The boots were all recently stripped and waxed uh.

You can see the condition of the paint uh, the airplane, no damage history and it's been hangered uh, since it was new currently based at uh, Papa Alpha Hotel Paducah Kentucky.

So if you want to check it out, Papa Alpha, Hotel, Paducah Kentucky would be more than glad to show this one to you does have the true radar system on it.

As you can see the radar ball, there got the Lycoming 540 turbocharged engine in it, 350 horsepower called a Ferrara red with a silver and then black accents.

One of the nicer paint jobs I've, seen on the m350s I've looked at a bunch of them seen a bunch of them in person.

This is definitely one of the nicer ones so want to take you along the little tour of the outside and um bear with us just a moment.

We'll go the inside one more thing that I just noticed.

I don't want to forget about.

It.

Has a little storage area.

All LED lighting I want to catch that as we go around, but it's got a little storage, I'm sure you've seen this.

If you've looked at any m350s you've probably seen this, you can put a hundred pounds of cargo up here in the nose, so really neat little addition there to them, but that's all on the outside we'll uh jump on the inside here all right.

Here we go, make her wait to the interior and you notice I've got the shades down.

You can see there.

The window shades three windows they're in the back on each side.

I love the door system on this, which this is the same system.

They've used for a long time, but just so so easy and when you flip it over when the door goes up and you latch it, a little cup holders come down when you unlatch it to open it.

They go up and it makes a step.

So all right.

So let that down so again, sixth place Club style, seating, gonna, zoom out here there we go so two people back here, two people here and then up in the front for the pilot and co-pilot again, all Garmin avionics, the G1000 nxi GFC, 700 autopilot controls overhead there.

And now, if you don't, have anyone flying right seat with you, you can actually take and fold this seat down.

So it release that that goes down.

And then you have a couple.

Little cup holders for yourself, I mentioned earlier than a Maxis air conditioning, so part of it is down here behind the driver's seat or driver.

Excuse me used to the coach pilot seat, um and uh they.

They say it makes a huge, huge difference.

Everyone I've talked to has had nothing but good things to say about it.

So in 348 hours on the clock you do have again the windows all have the little cool shades there, and then you raise the table up and rotate this over and you've got a nice table.

Do a little office work play a card game, whatever air conditioning controls back here for the passengers.

Overhead lighting USB place to put your plug in your avionics, headphones nice LED lighting throughout a little bit of storage back here in the back as well.

So just want to give you a little view.

The interior is kind of like uh, I'm, going to say a cream and then a brown with more of a white overhead, so kind of a cream tan.

Like a chocolate brown.

Okay, on the avionics we've got the Garmin G1000, nxi, avionics, Suite uh.

This aircraft is equipped with the Dual Gia 64w, another Garmin product, the nav communication and GPS screens.

It has the GFC 700 autopilot, with the GMC 710 AP controller.

It is equipped with the yaw dampener system.

It has the Dual GRS 79.

Ah RS computers uh, it does have um.

As we mentioned earlier, the Maxis air conditioning upgrade it has speed brakes.

Gtx 335r transponder has the Aspen standby efd 1000 that has the gcu476 keypad.

It is equipped with a Garmin, a safe taxi and it has the GMA 350c digital audio panel, the Dual GDC 72a air data computers.

It does come factory with three USB charging ports, um uh interior, wise we've got the executive, Wellington interior with a mansion carpet runner on the exterior paint.

We've got the ExAlta Imron polyurethane exterior paint uh with a bottom metallic paint option.

The colors were Ferrara red with silver bottom and black and red striping.

Some of the enhanced features on the aircraft is the flight stream.

510 does have the surface watch.

It has the enhanced afcs enablement, including the ESP.

It has the Jefferson chart view Garmin synthetic Vision has the GTS 825 traffic advisory system, which is an 80s BN capability.

It has the gwx68 weather radar, it has the gdl69a Sirius XM satellite weather, and it does integrate with the flightstream 510, and it also has the flight in to known icing, fikey or fakie and the GTX 345r second transponder.

So that's just a list, that's not everything, but that some of the main components that you're, probably interested in um and checking out.
